The exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery by emailing images of the product to info@theripplers.com. Once the issue is reviewed and verified by our team, we will assist you with the exchange.

RETURNS
The Ripplers does not offer any return or refund on purchased items.
Important: Do not accept the parcel if it appears opened or tampered with. Kindly ensure the package is sealed and shipped in The Ripplers’ branded packaging before accepting it.
